Description: What happens when the grantor and grantee disagree on the purposes and allowed uses of an easement? Sometimes the original deed is clear, but other times…not so much. How do we, as conservation organizations, continue to protect both the easement and the organization's reputation? When is legal advice pursued? Join us for an in-person workshop to discuss these questions and learn from our colleagues as they share their experiences in tackling advanced conservation easement issues. Bridget Denzer, Esq. from Cleveland, Waters and Bass P.A., will be our theoretical advisor as we walk through each case study and dive into the various solutions.
