Description: Hear from conservation organizations representing different sizes and geographies in NH and how they approach and troubleshoot the project budgeting process for a variety of land conservation project types (e.g., donated or purchased easements or land). This workshop will include conversations about funding strategies and how organizational thinking and processes are reflected in project budgets. Presenters will also discuss project funding approaches with multiple funding sources and the challenges and opportunities this can lead to.
