Description: ‘Our people are our best asset,’ how often have you heard or said this? And yet, with all the demands on your time, how can you focus on building and strengthening your team? In the context of today’s workplace, this workshop will focus on real-world experiences and field-tested tools and approaches to address topics such as team culture and leadership, communications, skills building, hiring, and retention.
When you sign up, you will receive a short survey to provide input on your needs and challenges. This will help tailor the content and scenarios to you, our participants—kind of like a ‘choose your own adventure’ with expert guides!
Whether you are an emerging or experienced leader, making decisions or managing up, on staff or the board, deepen your understanding of how to strengthen your team and learn valuable skills you can apply today.
Target Audience: This workshop is aimed at both staff leaders AND board members - please consider forwarding the workshop information to your board.
Cost: NHLTC events are free for current dues-paying NHLTC “Members or Partners”. Non “Members or Partners” pay $20 (or join as a member/partner for free registration).
