Thursday, October 19, 2023, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

NH Audubon McClane Center, 84 Silk Farm Rd, Concord, NH 03301

This amendment workshop will help you recognize instances when amendments may be necessary and how to navigate the amendment process. The Attorney General’s Charitable Trusts unit will present as a follow up to our spring water cooler webinar focused on the “new” administrative rules. Land Trust staff, Naomi Brattlof (Society for the Protection of NH Forests) and Anne McBride (Monadnock Conservancy) will discuss amendment policies in relation to those rules and LTA standards and will provide examples of completed amendments from at least two of the risk categories from the Attorney General's Charitable Trust Requirements.

The workshop will be held in-person at NH Audubon's McLane Center (84 Silk Farm Rd, Concord, NH). NHLTC events are free for current dues-paying NHLTC “Members or Partners”. Non “Members or Partners” pay $20 (or join as a member/partner for free registration). To pay, after registering for the event, please bring check or cash to the workshop or mail a check (made out to NHLTC) to: NHLTC, Easement Amendment Workshop, 54 Portsmouth Street, Concord, NH 03301
